I have used this company twice now for damp works on a rental property both times the work was completed to a high standard. Both surveyors were knowledgeable and gave confidence in what they were doing. With it been a rental I have never actually met any workmen however my tenants have had no cause for complaints. They aren’t the cheapest but it’s like anything you get what you pay for a quality job with guarantees and a professional company. Would recommend to anyone looking for damp works.
